The NVXR22S90M2SPM EliteSiC power module is available in a compact compatible package for increased performance, efficiency and power density. The module features a 900V SiC MOSFETs in six configurations with press pin for easy assembly and improved reliability. The device includes an optimized pin-fin heat sink on the substrate and uses sintering technology to achieve reliability and thermal efficiency. The module is designed to comply with AQG324 automotive standards.
