The HAS350M12BM3 is a 1200 V, 4 mΩ, 62 mm, half-bridge, industrial-grade HV-H3TRB certified, CTI 600, SiC power module. The Wolfspeed HAS module is highly suitable for high-frequency industrial applications, such as induction heating, track/traction, motor drivers and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
