The R7FA8T1AFECFC 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) are based on the Arm Cortex-M85 core at frequencies up to 480MHz, feature Helium Technology and TrustZone, and provide peripheral functions optimised for motor or inverter control. It integrates up to 2MB of high-capacity Flash memory, 1MB of SRAM (including TCM), PWM timers, analogue functions, a variety of connectivity features, and support for advanced security features and safety functions.
