The TSZ151ICT is a single-channel, high-precision/high-bandwidth zero-drift operational amplifier (op amp) with extremely low offset voltage and virtually zero temperature change drift. The TSZ151 features rail-to-rail input and output, an excellent speed/power ratio, and a 1.6MHz gain bandwidth product while consuming only 210μA µcurrent at 5V. The TSZ151 device also features ultra-low input bias currents, making the TSZ151 ideal for high-precision sensor interfaces.
