The LDQ40PURY is a high precision regulator that delivers 250mA of current. It is available in a DFN 2x2 6L package for maximum space saving. The device achieves stable operation with a small ceramic capacitor at the output.The LDQ40 features very low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and short-circuit protection, making it suitable for use in low-power battery-powered applications.
