The TLV74328PDBVR low dropout linear regulator (LDO) is an ultra-small, low quiescent current LDO that provides 300mA pull current with good line and load transient performance. The device offers 1% typical accuracy.

The TLV74328PDBVR device is designed for stable operation using a small output capacitor of 1µF. The TLV743P device provides foldback current control during device power-up and enable. This feature is particularly important for battery-powered devices.

The TLV74328PDBVR provides an active pull-down circuit for fast discharge of the output load when the device is disabled.

The TLV74328PDBVR is available in a standard DBV (SOT-23) and DQN (X2SON) package.
