The TMUX1119DCKR is a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) unipolar double-throw (2:1) switch with a wide supply voltage operating range of 1.08V to 5.5V to support a wide range of applications from medical equipment to industrial systems. The device supports bi-directional analogue and digital signals from GND to VDD on the source (Sx) and drain (D) pins. All logic inputs have thresholds compatible with 1.8V logic levels to ensure TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when the device is operated over the effective supply voltage range.
