The TLF80511EJV50 is a linear low dropout voltage regulator for DSO8-EP packages with fixed output voltage (5V) and load currents up to 400 mA. Input voltage regulation up to 40V is V Q, nom 5V with ±2% accuracy. with a typical quiescent current of 38μA, the TLF80511EJ V50 is the ideal solution for systems requiring very low operating currents, such as those with permanently connected batteries. It has a very low dropout voltage of 100mV when the output current is less than 100mA. In addition, the differential voltage region starts at an input voltage of 3.3 V (extended operating range). Therefore, the TLF80511EJV50 is suitable for automotive systems. In addition, the TLF80511EJV50's new fast regulation concept requires only a 1μF output capacitor to maintain voltage stability.
