The AFE8030EDIABJ is a high-performance, high-bandwidth, multi-channel transceiver that integrates eight RF sampling transmitter chains, eight RF sampling receiver chains, and two separate RF front ends for the auxiliary chain (feedback path). The high dynamic range of the transmitter chain and receiver chain supports the generation and reception of 3G, 4G and 5G signals from wireless base stations, while the high bandwidth capability makes the AFE8030 device suitable for multi-band 4G and 5G base stations.

• Two Ncos per chain for fast frequency switching

• Support TDD operations by quickly switching between TX and RX

Internal PLL/VCO for DAC/ADC clock generation
