The LT3065HMSE-2.5 low dropout (LDO) linear regulator provides 500mA of output current and a typical dropout voltage of 300mV. The LDO is capable of operating over an input voltage range of 1.8V to 45V. A single external capacitor provides programmable low noise reference performance and output soft-start capability.
