The LT3065EMSE-1.2 low dropout (LDO) linear regulator provides an output current of 500mA and a typical dropout voltage of 300mV. The LDO is capable of operating over an input voltage range of 1.8V to 45V. A single external capacitor provides programmable low noise reference performance and output soft-start capability.
