The LT3061IMS8E is a micropower, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that operates over the 1.6V to 45V voltage range offering a range of fixed and adjustable output versions. The device delivers 100mA of output current with a typical dropout of 250mV. A single external capacitor provides programmable low noise reference performance and output soft-start capability. The device has a quiescent current of only 45μA and provides fast transient response with a minimum output capacitance of 3.3μF. The quiescent current is less than 3μA and the reference soft-start capacitor is reset at shutdown.
