The TMUX7202RQXR is a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) switch with latch-effect suppression in a single-channel 1:1 (SPST) configuration. The device operates on a single power supply (4.5V to 44V), dual power supply (± 4.5V to ± 22V), or asymmetrical power supply (e.g., V DD = 12 V, V SS = -5 V). The TMUX720x supports bidirectional analog and digital signals from VSS to VDD on both source (S) and drain (D) pins.
