Product Description

The ADS7057IRUGR is a 14-bit 2.5 MSPS SAR ADC that supports fully differential inputs in the ±AVDD range from 2.35V to 3.6V.


Internal offset voltage calibration maintains excellent offset voltage specifications over the full AVDD and operating temperature range.


The device supports an SPI-compatible serial interface controlled by CS and SCLK signals. The input signal is sampled by the falling edge of CS, while SCLK is used for conversion and serial data output. The device supports a wide digital supply range (1.65V to 3.6V) for direct connection to a variety of host controllers, and the nominal DVDD range of the ADS7057 (1.65V to 1.95V) is compliant with the JESD8-7A standard.


The ADS7057IRUGR is available in a small 8-pin X2QFN package for operation over a wide range of industrial temperatures (-40°C to +125°C). The device's small size and extremely low power consumption make it ideal for space-constrained, battery-powered applications requiring high-speed, high-resolution data acquisition.
