The ADS1120IRVAR is a 16-bit, high-precision analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) that combines features to lower system cost and reduce the number of components in small sensor signal measurement applications. The device features two differential inputs or four single-ended inputs via input multiplexers (MUX), a low-noise programmable gain amplifier (PGA), two programmable excitation current sources, a voltage reference, an oscillator, a low-side switch, and a precision temperature sensor.
