The TPSM843B22RDGR is a high-efficiency 18 V, 20 A synchronous buck module with an internally compensated, fixed-frequency advanced current mode (ACM) control architecture. Operating in FCCM mode, the module generates output voltages from 0.5 V to 7 V. The module is capable of providing high efficiency while operating at a low cost. The module is capable of operating at switching voltages from 0.5 V to 7 V while providing high efficiency. With switching frequencies up to 2.2 MHz, the module is available in a 6.5 mm x 7.5 mm x 4 mm overmolded package, making it an excellent choice for designs that require a small solution.
