The TPSM5601R5SRDAR power module is a highly integrated 1.5A power solution that incorporates a 60V input step-down DC/DC converter with power MOSFETs, a shielded inductor, and passive components in a thermally enhanced QFN package. The 5mm × 5.5mm × 4mm, 15-pin QFN package uses enhanced HotRod QFN technology to achieve enhanced thermal performance, small size, and low EMI, and the package features exposed pins and a single large thermal pad for easy layout routing and assembly.
