Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6543HGL-A brushless DC motor drivers are 22V, 2A 3-phase power stages. The motor drivers all integrate three half-bridges consisting of six N-channel power MOSFETs, as well as a pre-driver, gate drive supply, and current-sense amplifier. Each half-bridge has enable (EN) and PWM inputs with separate high voltage side (HS) and low voltage side (LS) inputs.
