The MP6532GR is a gate driver IC designed for three-phase brushless DC motor driver applications. It is capable of driving three half-bridge MOSFETs up to 60 V. A regulated charge pump is integrated to generate the gate drive supply and a bootstrap capacitor is used to generate the supply voltage for the high-side MOSFET. An internal trickle charge circuit maintains sufficient high side gate drive voltage, even when the output is operating at 100% duty cycle.
