The MP6604BGV is a dual H-bridge motor driver IC designed to drive stepper motors, brushed DC motors, and other loads. It operates over a 4.5V to 45V input voltage (VIN) range. It can deliver up to 2.5A per phase output current, depending on ambient temperature (TA) and PCB layout. Internal safety and diagnostic features include overcurrent protection (OCP), input overvoltage protection (OVP), input undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and thermal shutdown. Phase, ENBL, BRAKE and BMOD input signals are available.
