The MP6604CGV is a dual H-bridge motor driver IC designed to drive stepper motors, brushed DC motors, and other loads. The MP6604CGV operates over the 4.5V to 45V input voltage (VIN) range. It can deliver up to 2.5A of motor current up to 2.5A per phase, depending on ambient temperature (TA) and PCB layout. Internal safety and diagnostic features include overcurrent protection (OCP), input overvoltage protection (OVP), input undervoltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown.
