The MP6606GF is an 8-channel low-side driver IC with serial interface. The device integrates a low-side MOSFET (LS-FET) switch and a high-side clamp diode to drive an inductive load, making it ideal for unipolar stepper motors and solenoid drivers. Operating voltages up to 60V and output currents (IOUT) up to 750mA (depending on PCB design and heat dissipation) are available. The maximum voltage on the motor drive output pins is 60V.
