The MP86957GMJ-P is a monolithic half-bridge chip with integrated internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It can achieve 70A continuous current output over a wide input range. The MP86957 is a single-chip IC capable of driving up to 70A per phase. By integrating the driver and MOSFETs together, high efficiency can be achieved by optimizing dead time and reducing parasitic inductance. This small 5mmx6mm LGA chip operates at 100kHz-3MHz.
