The AOZ5616BQI is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module consisting of two asymmetric MOSFETs and an integrated driver.The MOSFETs are individually optimised for operation in a synchronous buck configuration. The high voltage side MOSFET is optimised for low capacitance and low gate charge for fast switching and fast switching with low duty cycle operation. The low-side MOSFETs have ultra-low on-resistance to minimise conduction losses. The PWM input allows precise control of the switching activity of the power MOSFETs.
