The HMC129ALC4TR is a general-purpose double-balanced single-chip microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) mixer in a RoHS-compliant pin-free lead-free LCC package that can be used as an upconverter or downconverter in the 4 GHz to 8 GHz operating band. The HMC129ALC4 is ideal for applications that require small size, no DC bias and stable IC performance. The mixer operates over a wide LO drive input range of 9 dBm to 18 dBm. It performs equally well when used as a biphase modulator or demodulator. The HMC129ALC4 does not require wire welding and can be manufactured using surface mount technology.
