Mini-Circuits PHA-22+ is a dual-channel matched broadband amplifier manufactured with advanced E-PHEMT technology with a high dynamic range (high IP3 and low NF) for 50 and 75 ohm applications. Very high IP2 has been validated in broadband 50 - and 75-ohm amplifier evaluation boards. Combining this with a low noise figure allows it to be used in amplifiers with extremely high dynamic ranges.
