The PMA2-153LN+ is a PHEMT* based ultra-wideband, 0.5 to 15 GHz, MMIC amplifier with a unique combination of low noise, high IP3 and wideband flat gain, ideal for high sensitivity, high dynamic range receiver applications. The design is powered by a 5V or 6V single supply that matches well with 50Ω and comes in a small flat package (2 X 2 mm, 8-pin MCLP) that supports dense board layouts.
