The IWR2243APBGABLR is an integrated single-chip FMCW transceiver capable of operating in the 76GHz to 81GHz band. The device offers excellent integration in a very small package. It is an ideal solution for low-power, self-monitoring, ultra-precise radar systems in industrial applications. It is built on TI's low-power 45nm RFCMOS process, enabling a single-chip implementation of a 3TX, 4RX system with built-in PLL and ADC converters.
