STGP30H60DFB 600V Grooved gate Field Termination Type IGBT adopts advanced patented grooved gate and field termination type structure. These new HB devices achieve a compromise between conduction and switching loss performance to maximize the efficiency of the frequency converter. VCE(sat) temperature coefficient is slightly positive, the parameter distribution is tight, so parallel operation is safer.
