The PIC32MX154F128D-I/PT family reduces the run, sleep, and deep sleep currents of the PIC32MX family while increasing the frequency of the 44-pin devices to 72Mhz. These devices feature 128K of Flash and 32K of SRAM. Target applications include audio and low-cost graphics.
