The ADC121S101CIMFX is a low-power, single-channel CMOS 12-bit analogue-to-digital converter with a high-speed serial interface. Unlike the traditional approach of specifying performance at only a single sample rate, it is fully specified over a sample rate range of 500 ksps to 1 Msps. The converter uses a successive approximation register architecture with internal track-and-hold circuitry.
