The LMR23630APQDRRRQ1 SIMPLE SWITCHER® is an easy-to-use 36V, 3A synchronous buck regulator. With a wide input range of 4V to 36V, the device is suitable for voltage regulation of unregulated power supplies in applications ranging from industrial to automotive. Peak current mode control is used for simple control loop compensation and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. The low quiescent current of 75µA makes it suitable for battery powered systems. Internal loop compensation means that the user does not have to undertake the tedious task of designing loop compensation components. This also minimises the number of external components.
