The LMR36006AQRNXRQ1 regulator is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converter. The device features integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs capable of delivering up to 0.6A of output current over a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 60V, with a tolerance of up to 66V. Tolerances up to 66V are available, and a peak current mode control mechanism is used to provide optimum efficiency and output voltage accuracy. Advanced high-speed circuitry enables voltage regulation from 20V input to 5V output at a fixed frequency of 2.1MHz.
