The RTS5444E is an advanced Type-C controller designed for source port applications. It supports USB Type-C specification version 1.3 and integrates configuration channel (CC) logic, VCONN power switches, VBUS power switches, 5V to 3.3V LDO regulators, and internal oscillators into a single chip. The RTS5444E supports standard USB, 1.5A, and 3A Type-C current modes and can be selected via the RP_SEL0/1 pin.
