The RV1S9261ACCSP-10YV is a photocoupler with switching capability up to 15 Mbps with source-high output logic, consisting of an AlGaAs LED on the input side and an integrated circuit with a photodiode on the output side. The RV1S9261ACCSP-10YV is specifically designed to achieve high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI), a wide operating supply voltage range, and high-temperature operation at TA = 125 °C for IPM drivers.
