The ACPL-K75T-500E is a high-speed digital CMOS optocoupler package for emerging electric vehicle applications.The ACPL-K75T-500E is available in a stretched SO-8 package form factor and is designed to be compatible with standard surface mount processes.

Wide operating voltage range: 3V~5.5V supply, compatible with 3.3V/5V systems.
