The ACPL-C799-000E is a 1-bit, second-order sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) modulator that converts analog input signals into high level, current-isolated high-speed data streams based on optical coupling technology. The ACPL-C799 is powered by a 5V supply and has a dynamic range of 77 dB with an appropriate digital filter. Differential inputs of ±50 mV (full scale and ±80 mV) are ideal for directly connecting shunt resistors or other low-level signal sources in applications such as motor phase current measurement.
