Product Description

Infineon announces its second generation SAK-TC397XX-256F300S BD AURIX microcontroller with embedded Flash 40nm technology. It offers further improvements in performance, memory size, connectivity and more scalability to address new automotive trends and challenges. With more than 20 products, this family offers the most scalable portfolio of safety microcontrollers. In terms of performance, the top-end product, the TC39x, offers six cores running at 300 MHz with up to 6.9 MBytes of embedded RAM and power consumption below 2 W. Its mirrored embedded flash memory library provides A/B switching capabilities.
