The ATSAMS70Q20A-AN device is a flash memory microcontroller based on a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M7 processor (with a floating-point unit (FPU)). This device operates at a frequency of up to 300MHz, featuring up to 1MB of flash memory and up to 384KB of multi-port SRAM.
