The MCP33121D-05T-E/MN 12-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) is a single-ended input, high-performance, and low-power small form factor package ideal for battery-powered systems and remote data acquisition applications. The successive approximation register (SAR) architecture and industry-standard SPI serial interface allows 12-bit ADC functionality to be added to any PIC® microcontroller. Features 1M samples/sec, 1 input channel, and low power consumption (0.8µA typical in standby and 1.6mA typical in operation) in 10-pin MSOP and 10-pin TDFN packages.
