The THS3491YR Current Feedback Amplifier (CFA) provides enhanced performance for applications that require minimum distortion at high output power levels from DC to values greater than 100MHz with a 100Ω load. The current feedback design maintains nearly constant bandwidth and distortion over a wide gain range, even though it is rated at 5V/V gain.

A slew rate of 8000V/µs provides a 10V PP output with low distortion and 100MHz frequency for severe loads. 900MHz, small-signal bandwidth provides low overshoot of less than 1.5% with a 10V step and less than 1.3ns rise and fall times. A peak output current drive value of greater than 500mA enables fast signal drive of highly capacitive loads.
