The LTM4663EV ultra-thin μModule® thermoelectric cooler (TEC) regulator combines a TEC controller, linear power stage, switching regulator, inductor and all supporting components in a miniature LGA package. The input voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V with 1.5A continuous sink or pull current capability. Only input and output capacitors are required. Features two self-correcting auto-zeroing amplifiers (Chopper 1 and Chopper 2) for use as thermistor input amplifiers and temperature feedback control loops.
