The MAX20031BATMF/V is an automotive 2.2MHz dual synchronous buck controller with a pre-boost controller and a low IQ LDO that keeps VOUT1 and VOUT2 regulated during cold-start operation until the battery input voltage drops to 2 V. The IC provides two high-voltage synchronous buck controllers that operate 180 degrees out of phase. The device has an input voltage range of 3.5V to 42V and operates at 97% duty cycle under power-down conditions.
