The LTM4712EY is a high-efficiency buck-boost μModule® regulator. The package includes a switching controller, a power switch, an inductor, and support components. The complete design requires only a few external components, including resistors to set the frequency, resistors to set the output voltage, input and output capacitors, and detection resistors to enable regulation of the average input or output current. The LTM4712 operates in the input voltage range from 5V to 36V, and the output voltage can be adjusted between 1V and 36V.
