Product Description

The LTM4709HY is a low-voltage, three-channel 3A μModule linear regulator that delivers high power rejection ratio (PSRR), ultra-low noise, and ultra-fast transient response. The μModule regulator includes a low-voltage differential linear regulator (LDO), capacitor, and resistor. The LTM4709 is ideal for RF communications, noise-sensitive instrumentation, post-regulation of switching regulators, high-performance FPgas, and microprocessor applications. Only input, output and offset ceramic capacitors are required in the application.

Output voltage regulation: ±1.5% (throughout line, load and temperature range)

Precision current monitoring accuracy: ±2.4% (3A hours)

Stable operation using ceramic output capacitors (min. 10µF)

Parallel multiple devices to provide higher currents

PG mark, UVLO, overcurrent and overheat protection
