The MAX38908ANL are fast transient response, high PSRR nMOS linear regulators that provide up to 4A load current. These regulators support a wide input supply range from 0.9V to 5.5V and a BIAS voltage range of 2.7V to 20V, providing a wider range of supply options for a variety of applications. Output accuracy is maintained at ±1% over line, load, and temperature variations, and good PSRR is achieved with only 300mV input-to-output headroom at full load.
