The ONCV8189CMTW330TAG high precision low dropout (LDO) regulators are 0.5A devices with low noise, low quiescent current, next-generation high PSRR, and power-good open collector outputs. The regulators can regulate output voltages as low as 0.6V and have excellent load/line transients. Designed for use with 4.7µFµ input and output ceramic capacitors. Designed to meet RF/sensitive analogue circuit requirements, the LDO regulators are available in industry standard DFNW8 0.65P (3mm x 3mm) and WDFNW6 0.65P (2mm x 2mm) packages.
