The NCV8189FMTW080TAG is a 0.5 A LDO, next-generation, high PSRR, low noise and low dropout regulator with power good open collector output. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analogue circuits, the device features low noise, high PSRR and low quiescent current, while also providing a good open collector output while being able to regulate output voltages as low as 0.6 V output voltage. The device also features excellent load/line transient performance with 4.7 F input and output ceramic capacitors.
