ADI's ADCA3950AMLZ is a power multiplier hybrid module in the industry-standard SOT-115J package. Using advanced circuit design techniques such as gallium arsenide (GaA) pseudocrystalline high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) die and gallium nitride (GaN) HEMT technology, the kit achieves a high RF output with a total composite power of 74 dBmV at a tilt of 18 dB. The ADCA3950AMLZ has high gain, which simplifies the DOCSIS 3.1™ infrastructure equipment design and manufacturing.
