The QPL8834 is a superlinear GaAs pHEMT 75-ohm RF balanced amplifier IC with an operating bandwidth of 5 MHz to 1218 MHz, with high linearity, high gain and low noise characteristics, which can be used as a post-amplifier or low-noise balanced preamplifier in optical receivers.
